Product reviews

Increase social proof by showing your product ratings directly on your Instant landing pages and sections. With our new eCommerce “Rating” element, you can display product ratings of Judge.me, Stamped.io, and Loox.

If you already have one of the apps installed in your store, the integration should work out of the box without any additional configuration. Watch the video to see the product reviews in action:

Note: If you are using sections, you can also use our App Island element to display product reviews of any other review provider that supports Shopify app blocks.

Icon elements

Instant now offers a selection of 7,488 icons from Phosphor icons. These icons can be used when building pages and sections.

The icon set includes Thin, Light, Regular, Bold, Fill, and Duotone icons. Icon sets can be displayed in any color, including linked colors from your Brand Styles.

When published to Shopify, the icons will be exported as highly optimized inline SVG elements to ensure optimal performance of your pages.

Fixed

• Issues related to responsive editing, including fixes to the “Reset” function, in-canvas drag & drop guidelines, and in-canvas resize controls

• An issue where the “Scroll to section” interaction was not applied correctly to the selected element

• An issue that prevented publishing pages and sections with very long names due to a restriction in the Shopify schema

• An issue where immediately removing a newly uploaded asset from the asset panel resulted in an error

• An issue where it was possible to drag sections into other sections

Improved

• Allow use of the Shopify app install flow without an Instant account

• Permits publishing sections to Shopify that do not have any schema fields

• Better styling of the page select dropdown for pages and sections with long names

• Ability to drag sections and elements into the initial “Get started” state to automatically start from scratch with the selected item

• Improved paste behavior in the builder, making it easier to past multiple elements into a container

• Improved drag & drop behavior when inserting new elements, prioritizing nested containers when they have the same size as the parent

• Improved the structure of the sections in our pre-built sections library
